Interference contours? No, thanks! The heart of our small conveyors are the internal drives. For years we have been using modern microdrives from Faulhaber (brushless DC motors with speed controller). Along with the gear motors, the control electronics are integrated in the housing of the small conveyors in the typical “Vetter” fashion.
Reliability and service life are particularly important. Properly dimensioned, these drives are then suitable for many years of maintenance-free use.
