With this conveyor model (BK-20-10) we are - typical for Vetter - even smaller: As a specialist for particularly small, compact but nevertheless powerful conveyor solutions, we have further miniaturized our modular kit system to a belt width of only 10 mm!
The easydrive system ensures that the timing belt is perfectly centered. The conveyor can be used flexibly: single or doubled, resulting in a 2-track solution. You are flexible in terms of the track width and can transport your goods suitable, even if they should protruding downwards between the tracks. In this application, our BK-20-10 convinces with its interference-free construction along the transport track!
The housing offers further flexibility: It can be flexibly moved along the transport track so that the entire conveyor solution can be adapted to your application environment.
Small but powerful: We have equipped the BK-20-10, which you can see in the video, with a new Faulhaber BXT motor, which is particularly compact and has a high power density. In addition, we have equipped this model with an external speed controller and an integrated high-resolution encoder (for customer use).
